Why do all items in LANtastics! G.I.E.'s online store have a weight of 0lbs?

The e-commerce software we use on this website requires us to enter weight information for shipping purposes. We have entered a weight of 0lbs for most items as we do not use the method of calculation for shipping included in this software. If you are concerned about shipping costs please e-mail us with your concerns at sales@lgie.net.

What types of payment does LANtastics! G.I.E. accept for online orders?

Currently, we only accept Visa or Mastercard for all orders. At this time we do not accept checks, money orders, or PayPal.

Does LANtastics! G.I.E. save my billing and shipping information for future order use?

Since we upgraded our store in January 2005, all store customers are required to create a customer account before they are able to purchase items from our store. This information can be used at later if and when you decide to return and shop again.
